Delivery of local orders (for Lahore) takes 2 working days. Main cities in Pakistan (Karachi , Islamabad , Peshawar , Multan, Faisalabad etc ) are delivered within 4-5 working days. For other cities, 7-10 working days . Delivery may be subject to the availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In any case we might wait for the payment verification to process the order. We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Delivery can take longer in remote areas of Pakistan and in case of customized orders.

We ship within Lahore City using our local delivery services. For main cities we use Trax and GPO UMS (Urgent Mail Service) for other locations within Pakistan. For payment terms refer to FAQ on delivery status.
The delivery man usually makes 2-3 attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly make sure to provide the correct address, area code and country at the time of placing an order. You can call or email to our customer support in either case of any changes within 24 hours of placing an order. The order will be returned to head office after 3 failed attempt. Delivery charges will be applied and added to order in case of reshipment of a failed delivery due to customer unavailability
